100 years old and looking brand new. We repaired and refinished this historic pine floor in Baltimore with Royal Mahogany HyperTone stain from Basic Coatings, topped off with a durable Loba finish. Deep color, rich character, and built to last another century.

The Challenge

The 100-year-old pine floors had extensive wear, gaps, and areas needing board repair before any refinishing could begin.

Our Solution

We repaired damaged sections, sanded to bare wood, and applied Royal Mahogany HyperTone stain from Basic Coatings for a deep, rich color. A durable Loba finish was applied to protect the floors for years to come.
