Refinish complete in Parkville! We tore out a section of flooring that had deep urine stains and brought new life to the space with a Duraseal Silvered Gray stain, topped with Loba 2K Duo Satin for a smooth, durable finish. Modern, clean, and ready for years to come.
The Challenge
A section of the existing flooring had deep urine stains that had penetrated through the finish and into the wood, making simple sanding insufficient.
Our Solution
We tore out the damaged section entirely and replaced it with matching boards, then sanded and stained the entire floor with Duraseal Silvered Gray for a seamless, modern look. Loba 2K Duo Satin was applied for long-lasting durability.
