Row Home Floor Restoration

We brought this Baltimore row home's floors back to life—repairing heavy damage and finishing with a warm Golden Pecan stain and a stunning satin sheen. A perfect blend of character and elegance.

The Challenge

The row home's original hardwood floors had sustained heavy damage from years of wear, with deep scratches, gouges, and areas of significant finish deterioration that needed careful repair before any refinishing could begin.

Our Solution

We repaired the most damaged sections with precision board replacements, then sanded all floors down to bare wood. A warm Golden Pecan stain was applied to bring out the oak's natural character, followed by multiple coats of satin polyurethane for a beautiful, durable finish.
