Red Oak Select Installation
Installed Red Oak Select with a 50/50 Weathered Oak stain, sealed with LOBA 2K Duo Satin for a tough, professional-grade finish. Cork underlayment added on the 3rd floor for sound reduction.
The Challenge
The multi-level home required a consistent look across all floors while addressing sound transmission concerns on the 3rd floor. The stain needed to be mixed precisely to achieve the desired 50/50 Weathered Oak tone.
Our Solution
We installed Red Oak Select throughout, applying a custom 50/50 Weathered Oak stain for a warm, balanced tone. Each floor was sealed with LOBA 2K Duo Satin — a professional-grade finish that holds up to daily wear while maintaining a beautiful satin sheen. Cork underlayment was added on the 3rd floor to reduce sound transfer between levels.
