Oak Hardwood Installation
We installed new oak flooring over original pine and finished it with Duraseal Early American for a rich, classic look. Protected with Loba Satin for a smooth, understated finish that lets the grain shine.
The Challenge
The original pine subfloor was uneven and had decades of wear, requiring careful preparation to ensure the new oak planks would lay flat and secure across the entire installation area.
Our Solution
We prepped and leveled the original pine subfloor, then installed new solid oak hardwood throughout. The floors were stained with Duraseal Early American for a warm, classic tone and sealed with Loba Satin for a durable, low-sheen finish that highlights the natural grain.
